National Good Hand Position Day

National Good Handposition Day is currently celebrated only in Canada. This is a day for flutists to celebrate the importance of excellent hand position.

American and European teachers are currently lobbying to have this important National Holiday recognized in their own countries. The date this event is celebrated is flexible and during 2017, will be celebrated on June 16, with partcularly important celebrations taking place at Lake Sylvia, MN.
